14. Sprouting way:

1. Seed disinfection: Before sowing, disinfect the seeds by soaking them in a 10% Na3PO4 solution for 30 minutes to prevent viral diseases, and then rinse them with clean water.

2. Seed soaking: Place the seeds in warm water at 55 degree and stir continuously until the water temperature drops to 30 degree. Stop stirring and soak for 12 to 24 hours.

3. Germination: After the seeds absorb enough water, wrap them in wet hemp slices and place them at 30 degree for germination. Wash the seeds 1-2 times a day and turn them over to ensure even heating. After 4 to 5 days, the germination rate can reach 60% to 70%.
